Muzaffarabad: In the ongoing second edition of the Kashmir Premier League (KPL), the openers of the Rawalkot Hawks, Ahmad Shahzad and Bismillah Khan rolled over Muzaffarabad Tigers with an unbeaten stand of 155 runs, with Ahmad Shahzad stroked 55-ball 74 (five fours and four sixes) while Bismillah Khan hammered 68 off 51 deliveries with six fours and a couple of maximum.
The ten-wicket victory came about in 17.2 overs.
Earlier on Rawlakot’s invitation, Muzaffarabad Tigers accumulated 154 runs in 20 overs. Iftikhar Ahmed was the chief contributor with 33-ball 43 runs, while Anwar Ali played a good hand of 41 runs (34 balls).
Young Haseebullah Khan was also impressively chipped in with 37 runs off 25 balls.
